Hitoe Sushi

Havent been to Hitoe Sushi for a while and the experience is still very satisfying!

The taste is as amazing as they look and there are so many levels of details in each dish.

What makes them different from many other Japanese restaurant is they use real wasabi from Japan which enhances the flavor of the sashimi. The soy sauce is also served chilled during summer time.  These little things separate this sushi joint from the rest.

Aburi Don (flame-seared seafood on rice). The lightly grilled sashimi melts to the mouth 😋

Gomae (spinach salad with sesame dressing). The thin sesame cracker on top is a special touch 🥰
