Fat Mao Noodles Downtown

If you like Thai soup based noodles, you would probably know a place in Chinatown called Fat Mao Noodles. The place is a little cramped but the food is very good.

They recently opened another location on Helmcken Street near the Thai Consulate. I tried Nham Ngeaw which is exclusive to the downtown location. The soup looks red but was not spicy as it tomato soup. The toppings were pork ribs and pork blood (fear factor moments for some) on rice vermicelli. It was very flavorful.
